Terms of Service

If you use Care Mojo on behalf of an organization, such as a home care agency, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Care Mojo provides an edge AI care kit — a Wearable, Location Beacon, and AI Speaker Hub — together with a companion app and a provider portal that share activity insights, voice check-ins, and alerts with the family members and care staff you authorize.

Care Mojo supports care at home but is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. It does not replace 911, emergency responders, doctors, or professional judgment. Alerts may be delayed or missed due to battery, connectivity, or device placement. In an emergency, call 911.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
• Family members and care providers must have the consent of the person being cared for, or their legal representative, before setting up Care Mojo for them.

Care Mojo processes data on the device wherever possible, and you decide what is shared and with whom. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree not to misuse Care Mojo, including monitoring anyone without their consent, attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Pre-orders reserve a place in line and are not binding purchases. Final pricing, availability, and any promotional offers will be confirmed before commercial launch, and you may cancel before then.

Except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Care Mojo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Care Mojo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Care Mojo and its software, designs, and content are owned by Peak Mojo Inc. and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the service under these Terms.

You may stop using Care Mojo at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect users or the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in advance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
